ການລົງທະບຽນລູກຂອງທ່ານໃນວັນທີ Familyid.com

 

ພໍ່ ແມ່/ຜູ້ ຄຸ້ມ ຄອງ ສາ ມາດ ລົງ ທະ ບຽນ ໄດ້ ທີ່ Familyid.com ຫຼື ຄລິກ ໃສ່ ການ ເຊື່ອມ ຕໍ່ ໃນ ເວັບ ໄຊ ຂອງ ໂຮງ ຮຽນ ຂອງ ລູກ ພາຍ ໃຕ້ ATHLETICS.  ທິດທາງໄດ້ລະບຸໄວ້ຂ້າງລຸ່ມນີ້:  

1. ເພື່ອຊອກຫາໂປຣແກຣມຂອງທ່ານ, ຄລິກໃສ່ລິ້ງທີ່ສະຫນອງໃຫ້ຂ້າງເທິງແລະເລືອກແບບຟອມການຈົດທະບຽນພາຍໃຕ້ຄໍາວ່າ PROGRAMS. 
2. ຕໍ່ໄປ, ໃຫ້ກົດປຸ່ມ Register Now ສີຂຽວ ແລະ ມ້ວນ, ຖ້າຈໍາເປັນ, ໃສ່ປຸ່ມSign Up/Log In ສີຂຽວ.  ຖ້າຫາກວ່ານີ້ແມ່ນຄັ້ງທໍາອິດຂອງທ່ານໂດຍໃຊ້ FamilyID, click Sign Up.  Click Log In, ຖ້າທ່ານມີບັນຊີປະຈໍາຕົວຂອງຄອບຄົວຢູ່ແລ້ວ. 
3. ລົງທະບຽນສໍາລັບບັນຊີ FamilyID ທີ່ປອດໄພຂອງທ່ານໂດຍການເຂົ້າບັນຊີເຈົ້າຂອງບັນຊີFirst and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password.  ຄັດເລືອກຂໍ້ຕົກລົງກ່ຽວກັບເງື່ອນໄຂຂອງFamilyID ຂອງການບໍລິການ.  ກົດລົງທະບຽນ. 
4. ທ່ານຈະໄດ້ຮັບອີເມວທີ່ມີລິ້ງເພື່ອເຄື່ອນໄຫວບັນຊີໃຫມ່ຂອງທ່ານ.  ຖ້າທ່ານບໍ່ເຫັນອີເມວ, ໃຫ້ກວດເບິ່ງຕອງອີເມວຂອງທ່ານ (ໂຟນເດີ spam ຫຼື junkmail) 
5. ຄລິກໃສ່ການເຊື່ອມຕໍ່ໃນອີເມວການເຄື່ອນໄຫວຂອງທ່ານ.  ນີ້ຈະລົງທະບຽນທ່ານເພື່ອ FamilyID.com 
6. ເມື່ອຢູ່ໃນແບບຟອມການຈົດທະບຽນ, ໃຫ້ສໍາເລັດຂໍ້ມູນທີ່ຮ້ອງຂໍ.  ທຸກທົ່ງນາທີ່ມີສີແດງ* ຕ້ອງມີຄໍາຕອບ. 
7. ກົດ ປຸ່ມ Save & Continue ເມື່ອ ຮູບ ແບບ ຂອງ ທ່ານ ສໍາ ເລັດ. 
8. ທົບທວນຄືນບົດສະຫຼຸບການຈົດທະບຽນຂອງທ່ານ. 
9. ກົດປຸ່ມ Submit ສີຂຽວ.  ຫຼັງຈາກເລືອກ 'Submit', ການຈົດທະບຽນຈະສໍາເລັດ.  ທ່ານຈະໄດ້ຮັບອີເມວສໍາເລັດຮູບຈາກ FamilyID ຢືນຢັນການຈົດທະບຽນຂອງທ່ານ. 

You will receive an email receipt from registrations@familyid.com. You can also view your completed registration in your 'Registration' tab. You can log into https://www.familyid.com at any time to update your information and to check your registration(s).

You can always find your programs at www.familyid.com by clicking "Find Programs" in the top blue banner and searching for our organization name.

IMPORTANT FOR THE PROCESS TO WORK:
ONLY Parents/Guardians Can Sign Off Electronically on the Agreements 

 

Note: If a Student Athlete electronically signs off on these agreements, he/she will NOT be cleared and could prevent them from starting on time.
**Please be sure to only complete 1 registration per athlete.  If you need to make changes to the registration please be sure to EDIT the existing one and DO NOT create a new one. **
